CHANGE YOUR MIND?
No problem! You may return or exchange any product within 14 days, as long as it is in resalable condition and returned in its original packaging.
Products returned for change of mind can be returned for store credit within 14 Days' note. A refund is not available for a change of mind.
You will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges and a Cancelation fee of 20%. This also applies to orders cancelled during transit. Please get in touch with us to confirm the shipping cost if your purchase price includes shipping.
Any Order placed Online or at the store while being processed which is subject to cancelation or change of mind will occur a 20% Cancelation Fee of the product only.
Product Usage:
When using the product, you agree that OZIRACKING is not liable for any damages or issues that may arise from using the product inappropriately or in a manner that is not consistent with its intended use. In particular, you agree that OZIRACKING is not liable for any damages or issues that may arise when using the product off-road.
Please note that using the product off-road is not consistent with its intended use and may result in damages or issues for which OZIRACKING is not liable. Any damage caused to the product or any other property must be referred to your own insurance provider.
Store Credit:
Depending on the situation and circumstances, a refund or Store credit or replacement will be issued after we have received the package and confirmed the item is in a resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted if you contact us after 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Store purchases must be returned to the store with your proof of purchase
To obtain a store credit note for a change of mind, you must first return the product(s) at your own cost. Under no circumstances will we issue a credit note before we have received your product back to our premises and checked it as being in the original unopened and undamaged packaging.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?
The item needs to be returned. We will pay for return shipping costs. The item will then be replaced or a Store Credit, including the shipping cost. Please get in touch with us if you would like to make a claim.
ITEM DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
Most bulky item will occur some blemishes and minor scratches from being freighted OZIRACKING assures to package the item securely to make assure the product reaches the customer safely.
Please get in touch with us before any installation to make a claim. We will not negotiate on damaged items after items are installed.
WHAT can be returned?
Refund Policy for Special Orders Including Online Only Orders
At OZIRACKING, we take pride in offering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or return a special order, and we have created the following refund policy to help guide you through the process.

Special orders are defined as orders for products that are not normally stocked or carried by OZIRACKING and are specifically ordered from our suppliers to fulfill your order.

To cancel a special order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once we have placed the order with our supplier, it cannot be canceled.

Special orders will not be refunded. Once the order has been placed with our supplier, it is final and cannot be returned for a refund.

All returns must be in their original, unopened packaging and in new, resalable condition. Any items that have been used, installed, or damaged in any way will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If the special order was defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

If we accept the return, we will issue store credit for the returned item(s) which can be used towards a future purchase.

Refunds will not be issued for any special orders that are returned.

OZIRACKING reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a Cancelation fee which is subject to 20% for any returned items that do not meet the above criteria.

PACKAGING MATERIALS?
Items need to be returned in the original packaging in Resalable Condition. We would need to be notified before a return is made.
If the item is not returned in the same packaging material, OZIRACKING reserves its right to accept the return.
If the product needs to be re-packaged by OZIRACKING, there will be a fee based on the returned item or product.
ADDITIONAL NOTES

If the product is damaged during installation or the vehicle is damaged due to incorrect installation, we are not responsible and will not issue a refund or credit.

When you have received your package, please inspect your product for manufacturer defects or shipping damage before installation. If you notice any damages or blemishes, please get in touch with us ASAP.

Before sending any returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service representatives via email at operations@oziracking.com.au. Please include your order number, Name, Number, a specific description of damage/problem, photographs, and a clear explanation of your reason. If the return is authorized, you will receive an email with return instructions. All emails will be replied to within 24 business hours.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that have a manufacturing defect. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, email us at operations@ozi4x4.com.au to send your item to OZIRACKING, 52B Central Hills Dr, Gregory Hills 2567 or 7 Freight Road Kenwick WA 6107.
Gifts
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Store Credit
When a product is cancelled and store credit is applied, the store credit has no expiry date and will be emailed to your email address upon purchasing the product.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to OZIRACKING, 52B Central Hills Dr, Gregory Hills 2567 & 7 Freight Road Kenwick WA 6107.
You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
